To take advantage of our money-saving packages, customers are required to sign a 36-month monitoring agreement (24 months in California). Your monthly rates are locked in during that term, so you won’t be hit with surprise price increases.
You can absolutely enjoy protection at your new address. Make sure you contact us at least 30 days before moving so we can waive the early cancellation charges of your existing agreement. We’ll then discuss the protection you need at your new location and book an installation.
